The data generated were analyzed using statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). Consequently, the null hypothesis was rejected while the alternative which suggests that workers disrespectful behaviours have significant relationship with turnover intentions in federal parastatals in Anambra State was accepted. The study therefore recommends among others that, civility should be imbibed as one of their core values of these parastatals, and there is need to protect their workers against discrimination and encourage them to respect each other’s differences in order to reduce labour turnover and increase employees’ retention in the organizations.
