Dr. Chibuzor Christopher Nnanatu is a Senior Research Fellow and Head of Spatial Statistics and Population Modelling (SSPM) within the WorldPop programme at the University of Southampton, and a Statistics Lecturer affiliated with the Department of Statistics, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Nigeria. His research focuses on Bayesian statistics, spatial and spatio-temporal modelling, and the integration of geospatial and demographic data to generate high-resolution population estimates for health and development planning. He collaborates with international partners to improve population data for evidence-based policy and decision-making.
