The rapid evolution of technology has transformed commercial transactions, posing challenges and opportunities for legislative drafting. As technology continues to advance, legislative drafters must adapt to address the complexities of commercial law in the digital age. This article explores the
intersection of technology and commercial law, examining the key issues, challenges, and opportunities for legislative drafting. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature and case studies, this
article provides recommendations for legislative drafters to effectively address the challenges posed by technological advancements.
