Journal of Innovative Research in Management and Humanities is an open access, peer-reviewed, scholarly publication. The journal aims to connect the various scholarly worlds, offering a dynamic global forum for researchers, academics, and practitioners to share new insights and empirical research.
It is an interdisciplinary platform, which discusses critically the important juncture between the contemporary management practices and various humanities fields. The journal regularly publishes papers on local and global economics, organizational development, linguistic analysis, foreign policy, cultural evolution and gender studies.
The journal is based on a double-blind peer-review system, which ensures objectivity and high quality of research published in the journal, in order to maintain high standards of academic integrity. All authors must adhere to the APA 7th Edition Style Guide when formatting their manuscript for publication. It is published regularly at three times a year, in June, September and December. The journal provides open access to its content, enabling free and unrestricted dissemination among its readers, which promotes a wider knowledge sharing and helps innovative solutions in management and humanities to reach a global audience.
