Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly reshaping modern education and entrepreneurship. It offers transformative opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and personalized engagement. This paper examines the application of AI in Business Education and entrepreneurship practice with particular emphasis on how AI technologies personalize learning, enhance instructional delivery, automate assessment, and simulate real-world business environments. In entrepreneurship, AI supports market research, opportunity identification, business planning, idea generation, process automation, and predictive analytics for better decision-making. Despite these numerous advantages facing integrating AI into Business Education and entrepreneurship practice, the integration of AI faces several challenges. These include ethical concerns, data privacy and security risks, pedagogical and cultural resistance, AI literacy gaps, potential job displacement, infrastructure limitations, and resistance to change. The paper argues that for AI to be effectively integrated into Business Education and entrepreneurship, stakeholders must address these challenges through targeted curriculum reforms, AI literacy programmes, infrastructure investment, and ethical AI adoption. It concludes that AI, if strategically embraced, can revolutionize both business education and entrepreneurial practice, thereby equipping learners and practitioners with the tools needed for success in a digitally driven economy. It was therefore suggested, among other things, that AI literacy needs to be incorporated into curricula. Workshops, training programmes, and online courses should be offered to help entrepreneurs understand AI fundamentals, its applications, and its potential impact on their businesses
