Abstract

The main aim of this study was to evaluate the kinetics of anaerobic digestion of yam peels (YP). 200 ml of water was mixed with 400 g of dried and shredded yam peels and put into 1 L digester. Digestion was carried out for a hydraulic retention time of 15 days.
