Abstract

Teaching and learning of English language require conducive environment for effectiveness. The focus of this position paper is on the teachers and school’s managerial role of creating a conducive and enabling learning environment that facilitates effectiveteaching and learning of English language in primary and secondary schools in Nigeria.
